Human Resource Management
The hospital program objectives have been realized by the strong support provided by units comprising the Administrative Division – Human Resource Management (HRM), Finance, Property and Supply and the Auxiliary Services. These units are responsible for the smooth and efficient administrative operations of the hospital in terms of services related to accounting, billing, budget, cashiering, housekeeping and other functions.

Presently, the hospital has a total number of 181 personnel with Plantilla Position and 116 under Contract of Service distributed in the table below.

A total of 545 plantilla positions are required in a Level III category with 200 bed capacity. This is in accordance with the DOH- Standard Staffing Pattern. However, some of those positions were projected for upgrading or reclassification. Likewise, some are qualified for matching and some are not, thus, it will affect the total number of proposed position.
Procurement Section
The hospital procurement system adheres to the requirement set by RA 9184. An Annual Procurement Program (APP) is prepared which becomes the basis for the acquisitions of drugs, supplies and equipment. A public bidding is done at least twice a year. Other alternative modes of procurement are also considered like shopping, emergency purchase, etc.
Problems on supplies and management such as stock-out, under-stocking and overstocking were resolved. The management ensures that the hospital adhere to COA requirements and procedure.
Housekeeping
There are 30 janitors, outsourced from contracting agency, that are assigned to the different areas in the hospital on a 24/7 basis. This is to ensure cleanliness and to maintain healthy environment of the hospital premises.Your text...
Materials Management

Security Services
The hospital security force avails the services of 21 security personnel from a security agency, and a two (2) permanent security personnel. They are all rotated in three (3) daily shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). Strict compliance to security procedure is being implemented. Your text...
Engineering & Facilities
The Maintenance & Engineering unit is manned by seven (7) personnel (6 permanent and 1 contractual). Larger scale maintenance and engineering works are done through job order to cover both labor and material costs. On the other hand, only one staff is assigned in the preventive and corrective maintenance of health care equipment. Staffs from the DOH – Hospital Maintenance Services (HMS) CHD-MM, regularly visit the hospital for the said tasks upon request.
The hospital’s Fire Protection System is soon to be completed. This covers the three (3) existing buildings. The hospitals electrical distribution system has a three (3) Phase system with two (2) stand-by generator that can provide electrical supply during power failures. The electrical system of the hospital needs to be rehabilitated.
